Sooooo...you might not think that if you lived in Kansas City the best, most wonderful way to buy a car would be to find the exact one you've been searching for online 1000 miles away in Marquette, Michigan, and then seal the deal sight unseen and have someone drive it to you! Well, then, you might just be wrong-- because I worked with the most delightful product specialist, Ashleigh Beauchamp, who made my Subaru dreams come true and bent over backwards to answer all my questions, provide detailed photos, and basically make the long-distance transaction seamless in every way. Super upbeat, energetic, great listener without a speck of pushiness, and unfailingly respectful of my wishes--and time. She's the fairy godmother of car buying and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. And also, a shoutout to finance manager Tom, who went out of his way--after I had bought the car, mind you-- to explain how things are done to my local motor vehicles bureau. And the man who carefully drove my spankin' new car for twelve hours right into my driveway? He was, well, exactly the type of person you would hope would be driving your new car. What can I say?!
