Both J.P. Farmer and Gavin Hart were excellent to work with. I was interested in either the Cadillac XT-5 or the Buick Envision. After a couple of visits to test drive each, and emails/phone calls, I ended up leasing a 2024 Buick Envision Avenir. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, it was not “high pressure,” and once I decided on what I want, the finalizing of the trade-in, GM Friends & Family discount, and other incentives, it was a “done deal.” The Business Manager who explained everything (sorry, I forgot his name), was great explaining the lease terms, and the signing of the paperwork in his office using the “high tech” screen and signing with the stylus, was great.
