2003 Ford Excursion XLT 6.0L

Not only did they hold off on the pay off to our old truck to make sure that the new one could be taken care of, but they then expedited the process to ensure that the old truck was paid off before our payment date, and even offered to make the payment if we missed the date and had to make the payment. This is our second truck that we have purchased from Platinum, and we would purchase another one from them when the time comes. They made the buying process quick, easy and painless and took care of us even once the sale was complete with proper communication and care.
