2001 Ford Excursion XLT 4x4

After me and my wife had searched all over the web looking to purchase a new truck we came across Auto Network and I have to say that Jake was very fair loyal and honest with us on the truck I was particularly interested in. After a decent test drive it was down to business. He gave us a fantastic offer that was lower than the asking price we were very satisfied and I feel that Jake was very sincere and a true gentleman through the whole process. I thank him kindly and so happy we came across the dealership in our search for purchasing a new vehicle. I would definitely go back this place again and highly recommend them to someone looking into purchasing a new ride thanks again ????

Last week Jake worked with me and frankly, got me into a much newer, nicer, car than I anticipated being able to afford. I walked onto his lot feeling very anxious about the entire car buying process, but he immediately put me at ease with his laid back, no pressure, no hustle approach. It really and truly was like talking to an old friend that knew something about cars instead of a car salesman. I was able to test drive the car I wanted alone, could have taken it to an independent garage to get it checked out, but it was pretty new and ran *perfectly*, even going out on the highway and opening the engine up. Safely, of course. When I went back to discuss the brass tacks I got nervous again, but Jake assured me he could make it work, and sure enough, he pulled strings or did black magic or something and somehow there were payments I could manage with the down payment we had discussed, tax tags and all that gobbledygook included. I could have kissed him. Or cried. I almost did both but somehow held it together. If you are a woman and don’t know much about cars, you have my assurance that that was my situation, and Jake was nothing but kind, patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic. If you suffer from anxiety, you have my assurance that Jake doesn’t hustle you, pressure you or crowd you. He has a very calm presence. Buying a car doesn’t have to be scary. It was actually kinda fun. It’s taken a while, but I decided to name her Roxie. :) Thanks again Jake. - Kelly

Normally, I don't leave reviews but my fiance and I were really impressed with the customer service through this dealership. We are having twins and have four children already, so we needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle. We were given more than a fair trade in value and was able to come in slightly under budget. We did have to wait a little bit for the paperwork part, but it was understandable with Jim and the customers langue barrier, yet it was well worth the wait. We were kept company by John that had great life stories. Also something that hasn't happened in our last two vehicle purchases is they filled the tank prior to us leaving with the vehicle. Nice to see some good old customer service. We'll be back again for sure after this experience.
