I drove an hour and a half to look at a truck after talking with the salesman Brad. The truck was nice for its age, but we couldn't get a deal done. Before leaving, we found another truck on the lot in my price range, not something I initially looked at but a very nice truck. We were able to make a deal on it. Got it home, and two days later, the check engine light came on for a thermostat issue. In talking with Brad, I was able to bring the truck back and get the issue taken care of. It's been a few weeks, but the problem has not returned, and there have not been any other issues with the truck.
I always put off buying cars because I hate having to spend most of a day in a dealership. Trevor was amazing! I purchased a vehicle today with 10 text messages, 1 phone call, a test drive, and 1 hour later I was out the door with my new vehicle. This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Thanks Markquart!
It was my first time visiting the dealership for service. My usual dealership in my home community does not have Saturday service hours and it was three weeks out for a date and time that worked with my travel schedule. My experience was a positive one. I appreciate the bright waiting room with both tables and couches and the advisor whom I worked with took time to explain my service, including recommending that if I hadn't had the 100,000 mileage maintenance when I had my previous oil change, I may want to consider that. She also walked through the vehicle inspection with me, even though there were no caution (yellow) or immediate attention (red) needs. All in all, a good experience for my first time visit.
