Having worked for a dealership in the past, I can not tell you how easy it was to purchase a vehicle from CarCo of Poway. I have purchased/financed vehicles from a Big Name Dealership to a few Mom & Pops Dealerships. Freddy and Jimmy were super friendly, personable and professional all at the same time. They both remembered my name, my sons names and any details I shared about them. A special Thank you to both of them, it felt more like getting a car from family than a business. My 9yr old son loves loves the car, I think even more than me. This again was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had I absolutely love Freddy and Jimmy for making it so easy and being super friendly. Moving forward, we set up an appointment to see the vehicle and were helped by Freddy. He was incredibly considerate, attentive, and knowledgeable about their inventory, letting us know about the vehicle's features, history, and disclosing any current issues the car had from the previous owners. The purchasing process was also seamless since Freddy took the time to explain each document to make sure we knew what we were signing before moving forward. I bought my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Freddy at Carco! We immediately bonded over being Poway kids and having grown up here/attended all the same schools.
