I was happy to find out Kendall stands behind their product and resolved the issues. I will say that they need to work on their communication a bit better in the service department. And being new to this experience, I wasn’t aware that they keep your car for the day (I was never told and they kept mine for 2 days) and I had to ask for a loaner. But they were super friendly and overall am very happy with my experience.
