2021 Ford Explorer Base RWD

I want to commend my service agent, Austin Murphy, for his wonderful service today. I came in with an unusual problem with my car, and also to have my service done. Austin was very attentive throughout my visit, keeping me apprised as to what was going on with my car. The unusual circumstance regarding the car was researched and he provided a solution with even a price quote. I would not hesitate to have him serve me again. I bought my Toyota because of the service department there. Keep up the good work!

Austin Murphy was my service advisor yesterday and today. I will request him again. First off he treated me like a valued customer. He kept me updated on everything that was going on with my car. He was patient when he dealt with my extended warranty. He made sure everything was handled properly. He is an asset to your company.

Great customer service from Michael in the Service Dept. Made a Black Friday order of 5 each for Windshield Wiper Inserts and it turned out Toyota would only sell in 10 packs so my order had to be canceled. Michael stayed on the case and got me a new order for Qty 2 - 10 packs and he made sure I got my Black Friday discount - shipped right to my door with no hassle. It took Michael several days of effort getting this order lined out with Toyota to get me my discount. I really appreciate the efforts on his part as I know it was only a $150 order, but Michael took the time and treated me as an important customer. Thanks for helping me Michael - much appreciated.
