2021 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

TJ and Alfredo made buying our truck a great experience. They were the complete opposite of your typical car sales team. They gave us our space and did not pressure us to but a newer truck. They went above and beyond for us by providing a detailed video of the truck, including the very few cosmetic blemishes. The purchase process was quicker than normal, and they stayed after normal business hours to complete the transaction. All in all, my wife and I are very pleased with our certified pre-owned Dodge Ram Longhorn Edition. The truck is amazing. We drove 2.5 hrs to make this purchase, and it was well worth it. Hospitality and super friendly staff. What more can you ask for.

University Ford had the Mach E I was looking for. I submitted an online request and within minutes Alfredo sent me a the first text and in under 45 minutes we had the deal put together. I was traveling for work and was in a loud airport so everything was done via text messages. Most dealers won’t work with you unless you’re in person, but that’s not how I buy cars so I love that Alfredo and University made it easy to work a deal virtually. I took delivery the next day and again Alfredo made it easy. We were at the dealership for less than an hour and everything was written up exactly as we discussed…no surprises. Overall great experience and Alfredo did a great job! We’ll be back.
