2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

From the time we drove on the car lot, I knew we were going to leave with something. My grandson who is 17 and about to graduate seen a car that he wanted there. We expressed our concerns to Joe and he was so understanding. He answered all our questions and gave the best customer service ever. He wasn’t just trying to push a car on us to buy him. He had a very meaningful conversation with our grandson and that was very thoughtful. The car has not given us any problems at all and my grandson loves his car. We definitely recommend you all go and talk with Joe and we will be going back to see him for our granddaughter.
