2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

I had a few minutes to look at a few cars and then the salesman, Steven Tibbetts, came out. The very best part was he was not telling me what I wanted. He was letting me tell him what I wanted. He was not pushy. He answered my questions. I felt very comfortable. Went back the next day tried the Trailblazer out. Was very informative of all the trail blazes in and outs. Great Experience! I did a search for a Trailblazer on the main Chevy website. I found the exact one I was looking for, a loaded up RS with AWD. It also had the exact colors scheme I wanted. After I was direct to the dealer site, I messaged them and worked with Randy through text. Texting was great as opposed to emailing or phone calls. I told them I'd be by that Saturday during a specific time and it was ready for a test drive upon arrival. Hour and a half later, I was out the door with the new vehicle with a great interest rate with a GM Financial loan, and got a decent price for my trade-in. No pushy sales tactics, great sales crew, awesome experience.

Everyone I had contact with was very nice, helpful and friendly without being too aggressive for the sale. But They also didn't act like I was bothering them before they knew I was going to buy. By far the BEST dealership experience I have ever had in my almost 40 years on this Earth. Definitely the easiest smoothest and most confident I have ever felt buying a car.
