I recently purchased a 2021 Equinox from Foy Motors, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I initiated my contact with them through inquiring about a used vehicle on their website. From there I was contacted by their customer service manager through email, and she led me to my salesman, Josh. I sent Josh the pictures and numbers on my trade in, and we determined it was better for me to buy something new. Within a day of contact we had a vehicle picked out, and an appointment set up to come test drive. From the minute we walked into the dealership every aspect of the experience was positive. Every employee we met or talked to, was super friendly. We had our test drive while Josh finished up with the customer he was previously helping, and once we came back from that, it was no time at all before we were in his office being approved for our new vehicle. The lady that helped with our financing, I think her name was Marissa, she was so awesome as well! She was very helpful and made sure she found the right bank to fit our needs and budget. She was super fun and very personable. We spent maybe a little over an hour at the dealership and Josh had us all set up and ready to roll. He took care of everything for us from setting up my rewards account, to getting things straight with our insurance. Best car buying experience I have ever had! There are good salesman out there I'm sure, but this whole dealership was amazing, and that is the first time I have ever had that. Definitely go see them at Foy, and ask for Josh! They are small, laid back, and treat you like they have known you forever.
