2023 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

Very pleased with the service department at this dealership. Dropped my truck off for regular scheduled maintenance and they were swift. I used my Ford points so I wasn’t out of pocket for any money. They were knowledgeable about the few questions I had about accessories I plan to order also.

Sara in the service dept. assisted me in getting my 18' Expedition checked in and promptly called when my vehicle was done. I appreciate the efficiency of the service team and feel my vehicle is in great hands and I will certainly continue to utilize Gray Daniels for my vehicle needs.
