My wife and i car buying experience on yesterday at Back Roads Automotive was great!!! Great atmosphere and management. I was blessed to get the exact car that I found online with no hassle. Paul Huffman, my Automotive adviser (salesman) was the best. He's very knowledgeable, pleasent, patient and had a great vibe. Love love love this dealership. They gave me the opportunity to buy my first car all by myself, for a reasonable price. Worked with me to get my dream car! Taylor was amazing to work with. Spoke to him over 6 months ago and still remembered him and he remembered me when it was time for me to buy. Will come back, highly recommend.

My mother drives by this dealership everyday and never thought to stop in until Friday. She called me immediately after all happy with what all she found. We went today, since it was my only day off, just to browse and I fell in love. When we pulled in, we were able to park and look around before a salesman hounded us like other dealerships. It was refreshing. Once we started really looking was when Jeremy came out to introduce himself to us. He was very polite and friendly. Took a look around at the vehicle with us and gave us the information. He asked if we wanted to test drive the car and went with us. He told me how to get on the interstate and where to go as I'm not use to the area. Once back in the lot the transaction was quick and easy. He walked us through the entire process and was willing to fix a minor flaw. He also re-detailed the car for me before driving home with my brand new car. I'm very impressed with Jeremy and the company. Definitely hands down recommend and will be a returning customer.
