Purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 from Winnetka Auto Mall yesterday; and, it was most seamless car purchasing experience I've ever had. They are very reasonable and accomodating. I'm very pleased the and the purchasing experience i had there yesterday, great folks.

I live fairly close to this place, see the myriad of cars all the time and as a last minute xmas gift I decided on a car for my girl as the price was right. Like any responsible adult, I did my due diligence and read the reviews and all I can say is 1) they are used cars chances are, they will have a few wrinkles 2) the true question to be answered is how/if they will respond to those wrinkles? After meeting with Robert, he had me in the car of my choosing in less then 30 minutes, no haggling, no hassling, the process could not have been easier. Yes, the car I got had a few wrinkles, I advised the owner accordingly and he went well out of his way to not only address/repair the wrinkles but it was done almost overnight, literally. Im a 60 year old man who has purchased numerous cars in my lifetime thru big banks and finance companies and I can truthfully say, this was by far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever encountered.
