2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

Bought a Toyota Camry here. There was a small incident regarding the key, and left a bad review, but the management was very adequate, so I am changing the review. As for the process itself - they give me a ride, look at the car, after that they draw up all the documents themselves. Everything goes quickly enough, the cars are clean enough. But the recommendation is to inspect the car carefully before buying, preferably with a knowledgeable person. In general, I was satisfied with the results of the interaction, special thanks to the manager.

This dealership is a hidden gem in the Orlando/Kissimmee. It is predominantly a spanish speaker establishment BUT they speak english very well. Jorge is the top of management there but Andrés was the salesman who sold me my truck which is pictured. All of the salesmen are knowledgeable and capable of assisting you. They are wheelchair accessible as well, and the lot is huge, not crowded vehicles crammed up together. Very well run dealership. It's very clean! Oh and all their cars, SUV's & trucks are very clean, even as used vehicles, I've never seen used vehicles, sold like as new. I bought an 07, with 133,000 miles and it's super clean inside & out! They have a buy here pay here program also, if your credit is not great! They'll work with any budget so don't be hesitant to come here.

Bought a 2011 BMW 3 series about a year ago from here and ever since I test drove it , it was perfect, it drives like a dream. The car’s condition was so good that it could’ve passed as “like new”. Purchase was quick and easy, the sellers did an amazing job. Also the mechanic that they have is very knowledgeable in these vehicles and always does a great job, his prices are very good as well considering BMW dealerships want you to pay an arm and a leg no matter how easy and quick the reparation may be.
