2021 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

I recently bought a truck from Perry’s and had the best experience I have ever had from a dealership. I mainly worked with hunter and he and his team were great. A couple days after owning it, the transmission started slipping. I went up there just to ask if they did transmission relearns and offered to pay if they could. They told me they would have thier mechanic look at the issue and then told me they would put another transmission in it for free. And that’s exactly what they did. This team went above and beyond even when I didn’t ask them to. Truly grateful for these guys. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Perry’s for such an amazing experience!

Went today to get 2 vehicles(husband and I), left with 2. Ended up having to switch mine out during to carseat issues. Both Matthew and Hunter took great care in helping me out. This will be the 8th car my family has gotten from them and I cannot recommend them enough!

If I could give Perry’s auto sales 100 stars I would, I bought a 2013 Jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon from them and within the first day of having it I had issues with it and after that I kept having issues with it and Perry’s auto sales kept taking it back and fixing it for free, their team went way beyond what they had too for me, they even found issues I didn’t even complain about and called me back and told me they where going to fix that as well, I will NEVER take my business anywhere els, all my business is with Perry’s auto sales in shelbyville kentucky! Thank you Perry’s auto sales for making my stressful purchase such an easy and simple process! I wish more car lots were like y’all!!!
