2023 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

Very pleased. The salesman, Latrelle Mitchell was so very nice. He was very professional and answered all our questions and surpassed our expectations! In fact everyone was very nice! Mr Booker T and the man that also handled all our paperwork in the finance office. Super nice folks !

James and Jarvis did an excellent job!!! They took care of my car needs in within an exceptional time. I had to be at a doctor’s by 10:30 and they had me done within 20 no more than 30 minutes! The process was smooth. Jarvis was an excellent technician! He took care of my needs and was very helpful and polite about it. Even when I needed something done at the last minute Jarvis came right on and fixed it!!!!! Normally I am there for about 2 hours but I was done within in 30 to 35 minutes! I was beyond grateful and surprised at how fast everything was done. Thank you sooooo much James and Jarvis!!!!!!!!

Ali did an extremely great job, in all aspects of my experience at Wolfchase Nissan. He explained everything, and explained everything very well. He helped me find the best option for me and had extremely good customer service skills as well. I would recommend him and this location to anyone.
