2024 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

After speaking with a few different sales people from different dealerships, I decided to go with Deacon Jones in Smithfield. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received there. My sales associate George Dana was amazing, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Even after the sale, he always responded to messages right away, even on the days he was off! If you are looking for a genuine and professional sales associate, George is your guy! I also want to give a shout out to the gentleman in financing as he was very professional and informative as well. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next purchase!!

I say this with some reservation, as I haven’t always had the best experiences buying cars in the past—some were bad during the process, and others went wrong afterward. However, today I am very pleased with my experience at your dealership and would absolutely consider buying from you again when I’m ready, as discussed. Sales team really drove it home for us, happy we stuck with this team to make this purchase. I really wanted a Traverse and I was not disappointed with how smooth and amazing this car is. They took care of my little family and made sure all our needs were met. They also have a kids area and separate area so I was able to make calls and sit with my baby.
