2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

My spouse and I originally went to the dealership just to buy an SUV, but thanks to Courtney we ended up leaving with TWO vehicles — a new Silverado and a Subaru Outback! Courtney was awesome from start to finish. She made us feel comfortable the second we walked in and treated us more like family than customers. There was absolutely zero pressure the entire time. She just handed us the keys and said, “Go take it for a drive and let me know if y’all have any questions.” That honestly made the whole experience so much better. She was super friendly, easy to talk to, patient, and actually listened to what we wanted instead of trying to push us into something. Car buying can usually be stressful, but she made it fun and easy. What really stood out was that she even stayed after closing time to make sure everything was taken care of and took the time to go over and demo both vehicles for us after all the paperwork was finished. She never acted rushed and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re looking for a great salesperson who’s honest, laid back, and easy to work with, definitely ask for Courtney. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Nate "Cowboy" Pruit was great to work with. He and Pam in finance made buying my new Yukon a breeze, and they did it without me ever having to step foot in the dealership. They even arranged to have it driven to me over 2 hours away and had my trade in driven back. The Lifetime powertrain warranty was a bonus. Just a great all around experience!
