2022 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

Very welcoming upon my visit to have my oil changed for the 1st time for my new car even though I was from out of town. Appointment was made ahead of time with ease. Only complaint was the 2 hours of wait time in customer waiting area. Hot coffee was a nice touch!

Had to take my volt in to fix an issue that didn’t allow the battery to charge…diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly the first time. They’re not cheap but they were great. Customer Service was awesome..Joey is definitely an asset to LQC. Would recommend.
