My commute to work is approximately 160 miles round trip and I very much needed an EV to yield the most savings. I live approximately 27 miles away from the Ford dealership. In addition, they understood my budget and did everything they could to get close to it! This level of honesty is rare and greatly appreciated. The test drive was another highlight. Upon driving the vehicle there was a noticeable grinding noise coming from the center console and I have to admit this impacted my buyers confidence in purchasing the vehicle tremendously. However, Nick and Francisco assured they will do their part to handle the issue and perform the necessary repairs. A few days later after the repairs were made I purchased the vehicle. On day 1 of driving the vehicle the noticeable grinding noise came back! Francisco was quick to set up a service repair appointment and provided me with a loaner vehicle the same day. Sandi from the service team was very helpful in swapping out the loaner vehicle to something more fuel efficient as soon as she heard about my commute. Throughout the process she was very transparent and provided friendly reminders on the status of my vehicle. In addition to the outstanding service, the after-sales support has been exceptional.
