Purchased a Genesis G70 and a Palisade last year, my sales rep Alain was expectational at the time of sale but even further more 1 year after he has been helping me and going above and beyond with some issues I have been having with my vehicle. if it wasn't for him i will be giving the dealership a bad review because of the poor customer service on the service department. if you are representing a prestige brand as Genesis the customer service has to be at part.
