2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

Stopped off in Carlsbad NM to see the caverns and had a few hours to kill. Checked in at the Ford dealership to see about an oil change and filters change. It wasn't 10 minutes and they had my F450 up on a rack! Very friendly staff and efficient to boot.
