2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

*2nd edit After serious issues with the truck I purchased—most notably an upper oil pan leak along with several other concerns. We have now agreed on a path forward to make things right and complete the proper repairs. At the point this was addressed, the finance company was prepared to pursue a fraud claim, and I was also prepared to retain legal counsel. Fortunately, it appears the dealership has chosen to step up and correct the situation by addressing all outstanding issues and ensuring this becomes a legitimate and proper transaction. My truck is currently in their possession. As long as the agreed-upon repairs are completed correctly and in full, I am willing to move forward in good faith and restore this review to 5 stars. That said, I will be holding them accountable to follow through on everything promised. ALL REPAIRS, INCLUDING THE TIRES! I do want to give credit where it’s due: Carlos is great professional, communicative, and helpful. If you visit, ask for him. However, I strongly advise any buyer to take precautions when purchasing a used vehicle, regardless of assurances. This review will remain reflective of how this situation is ultimately resolved. As mentioned above, ALL REPAIRS. *Edit: Buyer beware, this dealership and its employees can be very misleading. I purchased the truck in good hope but still intended on going to a Ford Dealership and getting a multi-point inspection and diagnostic done. Well upon the getting the results back, there are several different issues with the truck (listed below.) Some may be covered by warranty and some are not. • Upper oil pan leak • Washer jets • Cab mounts • Shocks • Steering stabilizers • Will need another alignment • There is lots of rust • Tires (In which was obvious but they said they would look into replacing them) Every since I provided them details of the results, they have been hard to get in contact with and extremely uncooperative. This has led me to open up a fraud claim with my finance company. The finance company is now working with me to void the contract.
