Mark Romero did an excellent job from scheduling to executing the recalls on my vehicle and addressing all of the issues that I brought it there for. The service tech caught that I had a nail in my tire and low air pressure. They added air and notified me of the issue. Much appreciated
My car is always addressed within 5 minutes of my arrival and I have never had to stay more than 30 minutes for an oil and filter change. Everyone is always super polite. This is why I drive out to Abbeville because I cannot get this service in Lafayette. Abbeville is well worth my drive out.
