2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

My husband and I had a great experience getting a car here. Derrick was very helpful, forthcoming, and down to earth. He found the car right for us by keeping in contact for a whole week before we came up there to narrow down what we are approved for. They were so patient with us needing to move money around and got us in a 2016 Nissan Rogue. We’ve had horrible experiences previously when it came to dealerships but Car Cloud Auto was top tier when it came to customer service and we felt heard. The process was very smooth and we weren’t there long before we were driving off in our amazing car! Highlyyyyy recommend !!

Purchased a car at car cloud last week and i have to say that it was the best car buying experience i have ever had. Jeannie and Maurice are awesome.
