2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

My husband and I are "used car" kind of people. We weren't actually planning on buying a car last month. But after a number of expensive car issues with an SUV that we had only purchased 7 months prior, Nissan called on a good day. We traded in the SUV for a 2024 Nissan Kicks. I had never considered a crossover before, but the salesman really took time to listen to our needs and introduced us to a Nissan Kicks. It is an adorable Electric Blue and it turns out it was EXACTALLY what we needed. It's a great size for my DJ equipment and other gigs that require the space. It is AMAZING on gas. In all the times that I have filled up, I haven't crossed the $25 mark yet. I didn't even know what the whole "fuel economy" thing really meant until it was time to start getting gas. So far I've taken it out of town for work twice and it has been WONDERFUL! On top of loving this car, our salesperson was so great. He has move on to his next phase in life, but I'm so glad we met him when we got our car. Speaking of Nissan staff, I have to make note that I've been by for questions and perks and such. The customer service is REALLY good. The last time I was there, I had concerns about something that I didn't understand. After being seated, 3 different employees checked on me! The two who took the time to get hands-on to make sure my problem was addressed was Marlon and Steve. They are really great guys and they went above and beyond. Even though the guy who sold me my car is no longer there, I feel like I can walk in and I'm greeted with a big warm Welcome Back! And these two guys really showed it with their level of customer service. That being said, I also need to point out the Manager, Trent. From the moment we met our original sales guy, Trent was making sure we had tip top service. My husband and I were a little on edge about buying a brand new car. I mean, that's a lot of money! But these guys really made the experience worthwhile. I feel like they truly care for us. You can tell when the manager goes out his way to speak to you whenever you come by. I highly recommend Town Center Nissan. Due to our other current car, a Nissan Altima, and our recent used car, we have been to several Nissans. This one stands all the way out. If you're in the market to trade, or just purchase a new car, start with these folks. You won't need to go anywhere else!

This is my 3rd Nissan from them. This time was a much more difficult time because my vehicle was TOTALED. DEVON....respected my wishes on the process! AND since I could not come to the dealership, HE BROUGHT THE PAPERWORK AND VEHICLE TO ME!! I know this isn't the typical way they do business, but because of my particular circumstances.....they did that. Thank u Devon for respectfully handling me. I look forward to my next Nissan after this one!

Today was a good day to get my car repaired with not so good news but it good news that always happens when you have an older car and trying to keep it still running. The customer service was excellent and even got my car washed. The car service was performed with excellent care and getting me out on time. I would recommend this place for great service for your car.
