To start off, some of the reviews here had me very nervous about doing business here before I went to the car lot--> Grubbs Nissan had a car special going for Veterans Day weekend, so I went to ONLY test drive the Nissan Rogue. Billy Washington walked up on me as I was out of my car looking at the cars on the lot and we began talking. I was very defensive at first and I explained that I was only there to LOOK at the cars and possibly test drive and that if I found something I liked I would return later with my brother-in-law to get his opinion and assistance in this major decision. Billy was so kind, compassionate, not pushy at all and even encouraged me to make contact with my brother-in-law (which I did many times by text, calls, and video chat) Billy listened to what I wanted and went very slow explaining details to me and before it was over I bought a new car. Other employees I would like to mention are Mike Kim who assisted with my trade-in price, SO KIND and caring. Alvin Baker was my finance guy, and he was funny and professional at the same time-there were more-so many others came up to speak/talk and just made me feel so at ease. Fernando, who just made ya feel like his best friend while waiting. The entire process felt smooth, respectful, and surprisingly enjoyable. I never felt pressured, just supported. From the initial hesitation to driving my new Rogue off the lot, the Grubbs Nissan team made a significant purchase feel manageable and even exciting. There was a difference in what i was told over the phone vs what i was told at the location when I arrived to have my vehicle serviced. I was unhappy about it and spoke to someone who only half offered to make it right. Before I left The service director, Gary, walked by and I told him about my issue and without hesitation he made it right. The service level here has improved dramatically since switching to longhorn Nissan. Thank you for Making it right Gary I will be a returning customer of longhorn Nissan. Edit: Gary called me back within 15 minutes of leaving to ALSO let me know he had sourced a part for my vehicle so I did not have to wait 4 weeks to get it serviced again and this was a completely separate issue. This is impeccable customer service and did not expect him to go above and beyond like that for me. He is a great example of leadership for this business and whatever you pay him is not enough. He just made a lifelong customer at longhorn Nissan and will make many more with his attitude and dedication to his position. Godspeed Gary!!
