These guys are amazing. I have never enjoy it when I have to purchase a new to me vehicle and definitely never trusted a used car salesman but Brant is a true man of his word and has incredible integrity. What can I say about Lovering Auto sales! EVERYTHING!!!! About 4 weeks ago my husband and I went car shopping. As we know car shopping can be time consuming and annoying. However this particular time it was the complete opposite. My husband had put in an inquiry about a particular vehicle and Brant responded the same day. He was pleasant and welcoming and from the beginning made us feel good about going to see the car that had just hit the lot. When we got there we were greeted by staff ( Robbie) and was even asked if we wanted to take the car for a ride for a couple of hours. We did just that and fell in love with the car. We knew that the car was a steal and if we left we wouldn’t come back to that car. The process was simple and even with a little setback on our end Brant and his brother Blake went out their way to make everything work. We were able to pick up the car and since then have had it for a month and the ride is smooth. Even the license plates were misplaced due to miscommunication on our part and Blake and Brant got replacements on their dime and overnighted them to our home. This family business is top tier and they take care of there clients. It’s so refreshing to know there are people who care about people who are car shopping and not out to make a few bucks. This was one of the smoothest car buying experiences we have ever had. If your looking for a car and to be well taken care of these are the people you want to be in business with.
