2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD

What is the great things about working with the service department and the sales department it Horne Ford . It starts from the beginning. The way you treated the way you greeted and the way you handled throughout the process is refreshing today. When I set an appointment for Service it’s always on time. It always moves quickly for me and it is something that makes my life easier to know they care about my time. I would highly recommend the service and sales department at Horne Ford.

Awesome place to get repairs and maintenance items taken care of. I have taken my vehicle to multiple places for basic maintenance items and they always did more damage than they fixed. Horne ford however has been stellar! From quick services and accurate estimates they have been amazing. They also don’t push unneeded upsells onto you. The service manager there Ivan is awesome!

Great customer service !!! JC went the extra mile to find me the vehicle I was looking for. Very straight forward and quick purchasing process, did not push to get me to buy anything I did’t need. I am very happy with the entire experience, I would highly recommend them. It is also good to buy local and help out the local economy.
