I recently bought a 2023 Explorer and worked with Josh and he was an outstanding salesman. When taking the car for a test drive we had a very genuine conversation and that helped mellow me out quite a bit which is super important to me. Josh then went over all the features of the car with me and made sure I fully understood how everything works. I've never felt this comfortable buying a vehicle before because of Josh. When it came to getting the loan itself taken care of Gabe was amazing! He was very kind and got everything I needed taken care of in a very timely manner. Great people to work with. Just got my first Ford vehicle ever. Jorge, JJ, Diego and Gio were amazing, once I showed them what I was coming for the went ahead with the 1.9 APR offer for the 2023F150. Getting the monthly payment that I wanted was not easy but they didn’t let me walk away without my deal. They paid my Ridgeline, trade in vehicle like no one else and I tried two different dealers before including Honda and Chevrolet.
