Sales person Trina King treated us with the greatest respect and made us feel we were the only customer in the dealership very efficient. Alex did a great job preparing the paper work made sure we understood what we were signing most definitely happy with the service. The only thing I don't agree with I believe we should have received two keys for the vehicle all vehicles I have purchased before had two keys

Super positive experience buying a new Buick. Everyone there is low pressure and listened to us. Even the finance guy. And if you have bought a few cars you know they can be pushy sometimes with warranties and gap and whatever else. I would definitely buy from them again. Our Salesman was Jay.

I went to the dealership to purchase a certified vehicle…salesman Jeff Hall offered an amount plus my trade..it was not doable for me so I left and later in the week Jeff contacted me and we made a more favorable deal…thanks to him. The trade and purchase was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Jeff stayed with me every step of the way…made sure I understood the car and that it was absolutely perfect. He will be my go to person if I ever decide to make a purchase in the future…he is an asset to the dealership and definitely 5 stars. I want to also add that the paperwork in the finance dept was extremely quick…not an all day like I have experienced in the past.
