Overall, good experience at this dealership. If I could rate it a 4.5, I would have done that vs. a 5.0. Working with salespeople Jordan Cook was a positive experience. He had a sense of urgency in responding to my requests without pushing things too fast. We chose to drive 50 miles to work with this dealer based on price and that fact that we had the choice on whether we wanted the external protection package. Five different Charlotte area dealers we talked with added this to the sticker price whether the buyer wanted it or not. Not negotiable. My two suggestions to this dealer, 1.) have someone doublecheck the cleanliness of vehicles going out the door and 2.) When someone is doing the final paperwork and makes it clear they are not interested in additional warranties or maintenance, let it go and move on. We liked the finance/paperwork person we worked with but our sense is there’s a push from the dealer to close on these additional services. Overall, it was a positive experience and we would work with this dealer again. I say this after buying six previous vehicles from a Hyundai dealer closer to home. It’s worth the drive to Hickory!

We went to Paramount Auto and had an amazing experience with Matt Church and Eli Reese. Matt helped us get into the car we wanted in our price range and Eli helped with all the paperwork. His desk was too cool!! Matt and Eli are really easy to work with and are great guys if you need a car and want an honest experience. We appreciate Paramount Hyundai of Hickory for all they did!

Mark was amazing from the 1st phone call to the follow-up after my 2024 Hyundai Kona purchase. The warranty options are exceptional & they are a Christian based location.
