Three years ago, I visited Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale with high hopes of fulfilling my dream of owning one of their luxury vehicles. Despite my diligent efforts to maintain a pristine credit score and clear any outstanding debts, the experience at the dealership left much to be desired. Regrettably, the staff seemed disinterested and my aspirations were met with indifference. Departing the premises that day, I couldn't help but feel disappointed, with tears welling up as a result. However, fate intervened when we decided to visit the BMW dealership on our way home. There, I found solace in a fully loaded 2021 5 Series, marking a triumphant moment amidst the initial setback. Fast forward to two weeks ago, as my lease approached its end, the desire to own a Mercedes-Benz persisted. With cautious optimism, I entered Mercedes-Benz of Pompano, hoping for a more fulfilling experience. Welcomed by Harold's professional demeanor, I felt immediately at ease. Exploring various options, my attention was drawn to the EQE SUV. Despite reservations stemming from my partner's Tesla Model X ownership, Harold patiently addressed our concerns, providing insightful guidance on the vehicle's features and performance. Returning to his desk to discuss the financial aspects, we were pleasantly surprised by the arrival of Marjine. Her friendly and genuine approach transformed the transaction into a memorable interaction, far removed from the typical high-pressure sales environment. Marjine's patient explanations of incentives and benefits, including those linked to my AMEX Platinum card, further enhanced the allure of Mercedes-Benz ownership. Inspired by Marjine's guidance, I made the decision to become the proud owner of the EQE SUV that day, despite the remaining months on my BMW lease. It was a testament to the trust she instilled in us. As we commenced the paperwork, I expressed a desire to capture the moment with a photo of the car adorned with a bow. Although logistical challenges initially seemed to hinder this request, Marjine's commitment to customer satisfaction prevailed. She ensured that my wish became a reality, reflecting her dedication to exceeding expectations. Leaving the dealership that day, I departed not only as a satisfied customer but as a loyal advocate for Mercedes-Benz of Pompano. Marjine's exceptional service and warm demeanor had not only secured my patronage but also guaranteed that all my future automotive endeavors would be entrusted to their capable team. Steve Rahal was super instrumental in helping my son find another Mercedes when his was smashed into from behind at a red light. Steve made my son Jonathan's bad experience in a bad accident turn into a much better one by providing him with genuine exceptional customer service ! Thank you Steve for all of the time you took him.

Let me say this would be an absolute 5 star review if it wasn't for a $200 charge regarding a Tag fee tho I came with my unexpired Tag to be applied to the deal. Also charged an electronic Tag filing fee on top of the $200... basically just gave the dealer another $200 profit on top of whatever other profits were made on the deal. My salesman Steve Rahal was a true gentleman and professional who helped me just wish the Tag fee was not applied as mentioned above... Didn't need to be at All... I truly believe that if I would have walked away from the deal the Tag fee would have been removed... This is an update to my review 3 weeks ago... Went to my mailbox yesterday and guess what I found? Mercedes Benz of Pompano sent me a check for $117 explaining excessive Tag fee... WHAT !!! Are you kidding me? How many auto dealerships practice this kind of integrity? A big thumbs up to you !
