Ms. Ann aktins is awesome. She is super friendly and nice. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle from a big car lot. Of course I was super nervous. She helped me every step of the way. She help calm my nerves and gave me so much encouragement and reassurance. She is awesome thanks for all your help and support.

I've owned 2 certified pre-owned Lincolns since 2016, an MKZ Reserve, and my current vehicle, a 2018 MKC Reserve. Both were covered under extended protection plans when they required service. After numerous 45 minute commutes to Marshall Ford in Philadelphia, MS, for repetitive electrical issues, the MKZ remained at their service department for over 3 months and the problem was never completely resolved. Because the 2018 MKC took from June 5 until around August 28 to repair, and although there were different issues between the two cars, the scenarios are too similiar. My combined experiences with two unrelated dealerships, service departments, mechanics, and technicians cause apprehension regarding the purchase of another Lincoln manufactured automobile with no negative reflection on Cannon Ford. Once the body shop department intervened, I feel they made every effort to troubleshoot and fix the problem with my sunroof in a timely manner.

Shane Orreick and his Service team did a superlative job on my 2021 Lincoln aviator. Difficult to find the words of praise that they truly deserve; outstanding service guys. I really appreciate you. Great job.
