Great service visit! This is a real review. I don’t remember the young ladies name that was helping out from the Hyundai side on Saturday, but she did all that she could to make it a great experience. She answered all of my questions and redid my paperwork after I presented some coupons. I love my Ram and having it serviced at Vaden.

I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler. I found the Jeep I was looking for at Vaden Jeep in Brunswick, Ga. while doing an online search. I called and spoke with the saleman Elijah. He was very nice, took my information, and worked out a deal with me. All the paperwork was sent via email in a timely manner and I was able to E-sign all the documents. I live almost 7 hours away in Chattanooga, TN., so logistics in taking delivery of my new Jeep was going to be a problem, or so I thought. I caught an early flight to Savannah, Ga., which is 70 miles north of the Vaden dealership. Elijah gave me the courtesy of picking me up at the airport and driving 70 miles back to the Vaden dealership to pick up my new Jeep! If that doesn't scream customer service and going above and beyond, nothing does. I highly recommend Vaden for your next automobile purchase!

Easy process and a great sales team! Our purchase was the easiest I have ever been a part of. Our sales woman was Kella and from the word GO she was on top of everything. No matter the question or concern, when I called or messaged she had a prompt response and kept a professionalism that was second to none during the entire process (something you don't always get when at car dealerships). She has definitely earned a lifetime customer! Everyone we came in contact with were friendly, talkative and complementary of each other.
