2024 Ford Explorer Limited RWD

After continuing issues with another Chevrolet dealership I decided to try Duvall Chevrolet. From my first call to my scheduled service it has been one of the best experiences I have had with any dealership. Professional, clean and honest. My representative was BJ who was personable, professional and informative. The service was handled as scheduled and the tech took time to listen to the many issues I have with my vehicle which was purchased at another dealership. They have won me over.

Traveling through and broke down. The ladies in service got me in right away and the techs diagnosed and fixed my truck within hours! Can’t say enough good about this dealer!

We were driving from West Palm Beach to Franklin, NC and had car trouble along the way. Arthur from the service department personally answered our call and said he could most likely take care of it in a timely matter as we were on vacation for just a few days.
