I went to the dealership on the day of their holiday party. It was so nice to hear the GM (I think) give his speech to everyone. You could hear how much everyone truly cared. I was treated with kindness, respect and most of all…. It wasn’t exhausting. I talked to one person regarding my car (Hi Charles) and he also took care of my finances. No “let me get you my manager” “let me see if I can have that approved” and no constant confusion and frustration. I had every intention of visiting multiple dealerships over two days to get the best deal. But. It was not necessary. I knew from my interactions with the other dealerships in the past to get appraisal on my car it would be a lot of back and forth. In fact I went to another Ford dealership and asked for an appraisal the day prior to visiting Hillsboro. Told them I would be making a decision to buy in two days. They told me they were too busy and understaffed today, but would call me back before and of day with my appraisal. No call. Not even two days later. I got my car. I got a great deal. I didn’t hate my sales guy at the end of the day (has never happened before, in all five cars I have bought before). I feel confident when my tire blows, it will be covered. When there is an issue, Charles will answer my call. I don’t plan to buy from anywhere else in the future. I’ll drive the hour to Hillsboro Ford.
