Just purchased my first vehicle with the help of Mrs. Cindy Gibson. She broke down everything to help me understand what I was getting with the vehicle and helped me to pick the best option. She was a blessing to work with to find my husband and mine first family vehicle. They also made sure to get the car ready for me that night even though it was past closing time.

Completed a survey for Ford last week, letting them know that Hall Ford in Elizabeth City wouldn't even get up to help us as we looked at vehicles in their lot for over 45 minutes. And, after we purchased our vehicle from Cindy, in their own lot, I went in and sought out the manager to let him know that I bought a new vehicle from Clough while in their parking lot, he shrugged and said, "Ok." The treatment you will receive is worth the drive from Currituck. Cindy went above what I have experienced elsewhere to help me (she actually did it) sync my phone to my Escape and showed me how to utilize my screen. If I lived closer, I would have probably ran over for more help. My husband and son have both purchased from Clough,using Cindy as their sales agent. Both were pleased and will only buy from Clough Ford. Cindy made sure to secure every discount possible and we appreciated her effort.
