2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

We bought a bronco from out of state, which can be quite stressful. Al, Keith, Dave and Jacob all did an outstanding job at communication, service, and making the entire experience absolutely seamless. Al and Keith were patient and responsive to my many questions, and need for frequent updates and pictures/videos. They booked our hotel, picked us up from the airport and gave us great recommendations for local pubs and restaurants. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming when we arrived, greeting us as if we were old friends. There was zero pressure from anyone; they simply facilitated us getting the vehicle that we had chosen. Simply an outstanding experience from start to finish!

I truly had a great experience here Mitch was our sales person. He did a great job he had us in and out very quickly. My S.O. Had purchased here a few years ago I figured why not give it a try. We were up visiting family from a different state and could not find what we wanted where we currently live. They had exactly what I wanted at a really great price. My credit isn’t awful, but it isn’t perfect either and they were willing to work with the payment I wanted and the price I wanted, I also got the premium package and the color of vehicle that I wanted Which I think I lucked out with color and package. We drove the new vehicle 17 hours back to our residence while he’s in the military and the vehicle did great! I’ve gotten so many compliments on how nice it is for the price I got it at. Thank you to Mitch and the wonderful woman we worked with as well as everyone at Vanderhyde Ford! We will purchase here again when it is time for an upgrade.

Our salesman Jake is always great to work with plus the Service Department is well staffed and takes great care of you. For service and maintenance they picked up and delivered, what a great convenience!
