2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I had an amazing experience at Eddie Gilstrap Ford! From the very first encounter with Maddie, explaining my needs and situation, she worked over the phone to be sure everything was set before I made the hour drive to her lot. Upon arrival she set me up with Owen, who was warm and inviting immediately. Owen was patient, sweet, kind, and determined to get me financed! Once he found me an AWESOME car, he sent me to work with Jay in finance and he was super quick getting everything finalized. As all this was happening my two year old could be heard in the lobby with all the other employees laughing and having a great time, making my mama heart smile and my paper signing an uninterrupted breeze. Just the sheer all around compassion for not only what they do there but also the people they do it for makes them top tier!!!

Our sales guy Brian was really knowledgeable and understanding. (The best car sales guy we have dealt with!) This was alot of money for us, he was not pushy at all and took care of us! The whole staff was friendly and made us feel right at home in the heart of Salem. The finance guy Bubba was great as well. He gave us all the possible extended warranty options and explained everything to a T. If you want a small town feel and a big time deal… it’s gotta be Eddie G!

Outstanding service, no push sale talks. We found a vehicle we have been searching for online at Eddie Gilstrap dealership. I live around 45 minutes away from the dealership so everything was done through email and phone calls. Due to my work schedule I didn't have the off time to drive up the dealership while they were open. It was no problem for Eddie Gilstrap who brought the vehicle to my house for drive tests and inspection. Absolutely zero pushing sales and gave me more money for my trade then I was asking for. I only had to be at the dealership for 30 minutes to sign the contracts but everything else was done through email and phone calls. I can not recommend Eddie Gilstrap enough, this was my easiest car purchase. Thank you to sales Scott Early who was a pleasure to work with.
