As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I had been to two other dealerships where I was ignored. Michael was very personable, patient, and listened to my needs. He found me the car that met my needs and kept my payments comfortable. Everyone that I met throughout my visit were great.
Michael Dietrich is the best! He went above and beyond my expectations! We live 700 miles away from Lupient GMC. Michael went out of his way to answer any questions I had, even on his day off! He sent me photos and videos of the truck I was interested in. He provided me information on different vehicles when I couldn't make up my mind and did it without hesitation. Michael truly put me, the customer, first! Though it may be a few years from now, if Michael is still a car dealer, I will absolutely make that trip again to buy a vehicle from him!
