No one came and told me my car was finished and ready to go. I saw my car in customer service area , ( don’t know how long it had been there) . I ask the receptionist and she said “ oh yeah I have your paperwork “ I spent approx 1 1-2 hrs there. I believe communication could be improved.

My Check Engine light had been on for 3 days, I took it in to see what problem was. Everyone was so friendly. I have extended coverage and was very disappointed when I had to pay $138. for diagnostics. I had not tightened my gas cap enough was the problem. It was time for oil change and tire rotation so had that done for total of $239. . I am senior citizen on SS and find the additional coverage let me down.
