2021 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Very smooth car buying experience! I inquired online about a truck and one day in passing decided to stop and see it in person. Austin came out to greet my wife and I. I explained that I had done an online inquiry and I was headed to my son's baseball game and decided to stop in to see the truck. He was not pushy at all, he just took my name and number and said he would check on it. He text me not even 30 minutes later and said there was some other info needed. I submitted that info and w days later he text again and told me his manager said I was good to come on in. I went in not very optimistic that I would be leaving with a truck. However, Austin, Karla, and the rest of the finance team made it happen! Thank you to everyone who had a hand in helping me upgrade my ride. "U" guys are the best!!!

About 6 years ago my best friend was driving her Suburban which had about 300,000 miles on it. She had her 3 English Golden Retrievers in the back. The air conditioner failed and her oldest dog collapsed from the heat. She pulled into your parking lot and went to your service department. She told them what was going on. Your employees came out to her vehicle and helped her get her dogs into the air conditioning and gave them cool water. This was right before closing. She called me to come get her and her beloved dogs. When I arrived the entire service department stayed past closing to ensure that her babies were safely put in my vehicle. I was so thankful and appreciative that I made the decision that I would buy my next new vehicle from Duke, and that is exactly what I did. I love my Tahoe! The way your employees treated my friend and her dogs has made me a loyal customer. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful bunch of people!
