2024 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

After being warmly greeted immediately upon arrival, I found the car of my dreams,the car i should have bought 4 years ago within minutes. Don was helpful through the entire process, very understanding, stayed much longer than scheduled just to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely glad to be back at Bosak!

My husband and I took a trip to Michigan City from Saginaw, MI. We had intentions of looking for a new vehicle to possibly bring home same day, as we were both over my Equinox and were ready for something newer and more reliable. We stopped at a dealership prior to visiting Bosak and we were not met with the most inviting saleswoman. It almost felt as if she wasn't exactly excited or motivated to help us, and when we explained what we were looking for both car-wise and payment-wise, she basically told us we were asking for too much. Fast forward to about 20 minutes after we left that dealership and arrived at Bosak - our car buying experience was completely turned around. Paige at Bosak met us as we walked in, asked us what we were looking to do - to which we replied "Trade our vehicle in and drive a new one 4 hours home that same day" - and Paige got right to work for us. She was extremely easy to work with, along with the few other members of the staff we were able to meet. Everyone was very personable and did everything in their power to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Paige was completely open and honest with us during our purchasing experience and that is what we appreciated most about her. She understood we were looking for a reliable vehicle, listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to any questions we had. She also never made it seem like she was over helping us - even when we kept her and a few other staff members 2 hours past closing time when we were finishing up financing paperwork. Overall - we had a great experience with Paige and the staff at Bosak. We highly recommend visiting them to purchase a vehicle, and if we lived closer, we would absolutely consider buying through Bosak again!
