One of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had, and I’m not just saying that. I worked with Russell, and he took the time to talk with me, got to know my needs and wants, and made sure not to pressure me during the process. I highly recommend working with Russell. I can’t remember the finance manager’s name, but he was a super nice guy too. Lastly, the sales manager, Andy, was super helpful. They were a fun group to deal with!

I have purchased alot of vehicles over my lifetime but the experience at Flagship Ford was probably the best one ever. Tyson was very easy to deal with and took care of all the questions I had. He did all the necessary preparation ahead of time and all I had to do is walk through the door. Tim, in financing was a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and makes you feel as you are an individual and not just somebody there to buy a vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with Tyson and Tim. If you need a vehicle I would absolutely recommend Flagship Ford.
