2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

I’ve bought a total of 5 cars from Serra and I’ve liked every experience. I’ve shopped with Leo in the past but this time my husband and I shopped with Jim Lynch and he was really kind and super helpful. When in the market for a car again we will be reconnecting with him. Bryce and Colby were also really kind and helpful all around a good experience. We will only ever buy from Serra. We trust them for reliability and quality for the cost. We’re really happy with our experience.

I recently bought my Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Toyota Corolla from here. I worked with Dan Axtell through the whole thing and he made it so easy and such a nice experience for a first time buyer like me. Not only was Dan super kind and knowledgeable, but not once did I feel that he was being pushy or trying to pull one over on me which was a big concern I had being young and for my first time at a dealership. He has been super attentive to all of my small questions that I’ve had, even months since purchasing. Just the other day I had a question about a letter I got in the mail from my credit union and I sent it to Dan (at 7:30pm) wondering whether or not it seemed like a scam to him because it was worded very weird and he not only answered me almost immediately, which I did not expect from him whatsoever after business hours, but also called the number on the letter to investigate for me. I hope Serra realizes what an amazing salesman they have with Dan and I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a new car anytime soon and cannot recommend him enough to anyone else.

Recently purchased a car from here and was very pleased with the customer service and professionalism as I'm a younger person and know some companies struggles to take younger buyers serious. Marc Thompson was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful to work with! As soon as I walked in he was extremely helpful, realistic, funny, and was honest about how things worked. Since this was my first time buying a car with a loan I was nervous and didn't fully understand all the small things that go along with a loan, and Marc was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and concerns. He made sure I had all the papers I would need to make things as easy to understand and making the purchase process a breeze. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the traverse area looking to purchase a vehicle!
