2020 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Went out all day looking at vehicles and getting an appraisal for our current truck, trying to make the numbers work which seemed impossible with our negative equity. We were in a bind and needed a new vehicle ASAP. Finally found a good deal at Paul Heuring Ford and had about an hour before the dealership closed. We pulled up (in a thunderstorm) our salesman, Darko, came out instantly and started taking pictures and appraising the vehicle asap after a short convo of our situation and telling him what we needed. While he went inside and started working on the numbers, he let us test drive the vehicle, we came back eager to buy and loving the truck but After being turned down by multiple dealerships we weren’t very hopeful, however he came back and made it work for us! We drove away in a new truck within 45 minutes. Best car buying experience to date. Thanks Darko!!

I needed to get my truck in for some much needed repairs, when i called the guy that answered was really nice. I told him the problem i was having and he got me in right away. Dropping off Julie did the service write up, again very nice. She said they would call before any work was done. Julie call later that afternoon told everything that needed repair, i gave the ok and she order all the parts. Over all from start to finish, they did a great job. I will be going back there for anything else i may need done. Would definitely recommend Paul Heuring Ford service department. Great place!

Very friendly and informative. Made the whole process painless. lol buying a car can be a struggle but they had my mom and kids and I happy. Kids got car fox stuffed animals even. Not the first dealership I went to in search of a brand new car but this dealership got my sale!
