Not the best pictures, but I just got her today. Ziegler was great. They had the car that I wanted, my salesmen Jackson was new but very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive, and we got me to a great price. They gave considerably more than other dealerships offered for my trade to make it work for me. The financing was quick and there wasn’t a hard upsell. He offered the additional products, told me their benefits and their impact on my monthly payment, and let me make a decision. They didn’t play any games in finance, didn’t try to increase my payment or anything like that. It was a smooth and easy process, which is what I look for in a car buying experience. There was a little haggling over price after some miscommunication with the Internet department, but we figured it out and I left happy in my new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited hybrid! PS. I did notice a slit in my steering wheel, which looks like it’s from a box cutter or razor blade, my guess is from removing all of the packaging cars come delivered in. It’s small, but my concern is that it will spread with extended use. I messaged Jackson, who said he would inform his management on Monday. I’ll post an updated review as I have an update on this. I’ll be out of town for business all next week, so it may be a week or two until I have word. I also think it’s worth mentioning I sold cars for 4 years at two different dealerships, so I know what to look for. Ziegler and their team are standup in my book, and were a pleasure to work with.
Hate dealing with a car dealership or car salesperson? So do I and so do a vast majority of people - but for me only two things matter when it comes to the process of purchasing a car - respect and transparency. These two things are an absolute, otherwise I will walk out the door and head to another dealership. I didn't have to do that at Zeigler - I got the respect I deserve and the transparency I needed to make a rational decision about whether I could or should purchase my new car. The experience was as simple as that and the price I paid for my new car was more than fair. Purchasing a car in this manner is how it should be... for everyone at every dealer. 5 star service by Chris Cortes and Marissa Hall. Contacted the dealership interested in test driving and getting pictures of a Tucson they had just received. Marissa contacted me immediately and went out of her way to get me extra pictures and confirm my appointment. Chris helped me with viewing a new and used Tucson, as well as comparing prices both through financing and leasing. We discussed what I was comfortable paying and even though we couldn’t get there right away, we did end up at a payment that I was comfortable with. I felt that Chris showed me respect and worked to get a deal done that benefited both sides. In the end, I got this 2024 Tucson SEL w/ convenience package and couldn’t be happier with the service.
